Not taking insurance allows us to deliver our service for a fraction of the price, we can charge you less than if you had insurance in most cases.

Telehealth meetings with a physician can be scheduled for a same day appointment.
Yes, physicians on EZ Digital can prescribe a variety of medications, whether it’s infections, allergies, and other acute ailments.
Please note that they will not prescribe certain drugs, such as narcotics or medications that have been designated controlled substances through telehealth.
Many of the prescriptions available in an office setting or urgent care can be prescribed if your clinician deems it appropriate.
No preparation is required but we suggest a location with whatever level of privacy you are comfortable with.
Our telehealth doctors can write you orders to see a specialist in your area.
Providers are available all hours, 7 days a week for Urgent Care.
EZ Digital provides access to qualified healthcare professionals within minutes for on-demand telehealth consultations.
You will click on the “Start a Virtual Visit” button from the Home screen and you will be taken to the Teladoc portal to schedule your appointment.
We cannot guarantee it will be the same doctor each visit. However, all providers will have access to the notes from previous appointments.
Clara is your personalized AI nurse that is available to chat with at any time, day or night!
Clara is designed to help you manage and improve your health. She can do many things including; answer your medical questions, build personalized nutrition plans, help schedule your televisits, provide information about your symptoms and conditions, and remind you to take your medication. The more you interact with Clara, the better she understands your needs.
No, Clara cannot diagnose medical conditions. She can provide information and suggestions based on your input, but they should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Clara can offer basic mental health support by providing stress management tips, mindfulness exercises, and resources for seeking professional help. However, she is not a substitute for therapy or professional mental health care.
For the best experience and accurate health monitoring, we recommend using the app daily. Regular interaction helps Clara, your AI nurse, provide more accurate advice.
The Daily Check In helps both you and your doctors track your health and symptoms in real time. It takes less than a minute and becomes part of your routine quicker than you think!
To set medication reminders, click on “My Medications” from the Home Screen, then Select “Add Medication” (*Need to edit this for accuracy after next app release)
Keeping track of each dose you take is an effective way to be sure you are taking your medication as prescribed and managing your health condition.
No, the EZ Digital App is not intended for emergency medical situations. In case of an emergency, please call emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
